VCT Stage 1 Standings Deep Dive — Who Actually Looks Real?

By The Frag Hub Desk · April 25, 2026

Halfway through VCT Stage 1, the regional standings are upside down — and three teams’ seasons already look defining.

In Pacific, T1’s 0-4 has gotten the headlines, but the more interesting story is DRX at 4-0 with the youngest roster in the region. If they hold form, this is the first DRX title window since 2022.

EMEA has Fnatic and Team Liquid on identical 3-1 records, with KOI a surprise 4-0 leader behind a Korean substitute on duelist. Americas has Sentinels and KRÜ tied at the top, with G2 collapsing into a 1-3 hole that mirrors their early-2024 stretch.

The single most-watched match of the next two weeks is Sentinels vs G2 in Americas. Whichever team loses likely closes the door on Masters qualification with five matches still to play.

The Hub Take

DRX is the team to take seriously. Sentinels-G2 is the swing match. T1’s collapse is real but not the most consequential story in the region.
