1. Agreement & eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) form a binding agreement between you and TheFragHub (“we“, “us“, “our“) governing your access to and use of thefraghub.com and any services we offer through it (together, the “Site“).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK/EEA, where applicable); (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and (c) you will use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. License to use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. 3. Acceptable use

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any user account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks (e.g. DDoS, automated scraping at high frequency, vulnerability probing without coordinated disclosure).
• Use any automated system to access the Site (bots, scrapers, crawlers) outside of our published robots.txt rules and reasonable commercial-engine indexing.
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful to others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation.

4. Intellectual property

All content published on the Site — including articles, images, logos, video, audio, original code, and the overall look-and-feel — is owned by TheFragHub or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you the right to read, print, save, and share short excerpts of articles for personal, non-commercial use, provided you preserve any attribution and copyright notices. Any other use — including reprinting, syndication, paid distribution, or use in training data — requires our prior written permission. “TheFragHub”, “The Frag Hub” and the TheFragHub wordmark are unregistered trademarks of TheFragHub.

5. User-generated content

If you submit content to the Site (for example, comments, tips, or contact-form messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You retain ownership of your content.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit: (a) is your own original work or you have all necessary rights to submit it; (b) does not infringe any third-party rights; and (c) does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or remove user-submitted content at our discretion.

6. Affiliate links & sponsored content

From time to time we may publish sponsored content. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled as such, distinguished visually from editorial content, and never written by the sponsor. Our editorial integrity standards apply to sponsored content the same as to non-sponsored editorial.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available“, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will TheFragHub, our officers, directors, employees, agents, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheFragHub and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operational availability of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the Site, our readers, or any third party. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except as provided below.

This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

14. EU / UK consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any of your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms in the courts of the country in which you live, and you have the additional rights provided by the relevant consumer-protection laws of that country.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged to participate in ODR but will respond to good-faith requests for resolution before any formal proceedings.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and provide reasonable advance notice (typically by prominent notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

16. Contact

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
