The kill-leader board across the weekend was led by a 19-year-old NA rookie playing his first international event.

For Year 6, EA confirmed minor format adjustments — fewer match-day points, more weight on placement, and a new lower-bracket repechage round. Most pro players are happy with the changes; a few veteran teams have publicly grumbled.
