Hades 3 Reveal Leaks Out of Game Awards 2026 Pre-Roll

By The Frag Hub Desk · April 25, 2026

Supergiant’s third Hades has been one of the worst-kept secrets in PC gaming, and a TGA pre-roll leak just confirmed what the community has guessed.

A 28-second sizzle reel briefly appeared on the official Game Awards Twitch channel before being pulled within minutes. The clip showed a new protagonist (almost certainly Persephone), a mountain-temple environment, and the same hand-drawn art style Hades fans expect.

The original Hades launched into Early Access in 2018 and had one of the most successful indie release runs of the late 2010s. Hades II built on that with the Greek-to-Witchcraft pivot. The community read on Hades 3 is that the trilogy will close on a more reflective character arc — Supergiant has not denied that framing.

For PC players, the biggest curiosity is whether Hades 3 starts in Early Access again. Supergiant has been clear that they will not commit to a launch model until announcement, but the success of Hades II’s Early Access run makes another EA cycle likely.

The Hub Take

Three Hades games in seven years is an absurd cadence for a 30-person studio. The Persephone framing also implies a deliberate trilogy ending — which is the right way to land it.
